The Story

I have a story to tell. An intriguing and possibly amazing story.

Though the audience to the story is just me.

I have another story. A story to show. I don’t write it and I can’t act it.

It is merely a story for the rest of you.

One story for me and one story for the rest of you.Pretty fair.

My choices, my mistakes, the lessons and my ways, all make up my story. And whatever I work on or work with, defines my story and somewhere builds a part of that story too. The more I explore the world, the more my skills accumulate, the more complex the story becomes.

Sometimes, and just sometimes someone comes around to have a peek at my story. I get scared and I try to hide my story but ever so naively I drop some beans here and there.

And that is where your story touches me. And when your story mingles with my story, we get to see a brand new story altogether. A story we both made but is just seen by you.

This is the story I have little control over. Surely I get to make up my own beans of my story, but here it’s out of my bounds. And still, it's beautiful.

And so these are the stories we have. The stories for which we work throughout our lives. One for you and one for me. Pretty fair.
